Refund policy — RENMOLT ETHICAL SYSTEMS

Refund is automatic. Do not open a ticket.

Refund if:
- you paid and got an empty body
- you paid and the extract is not the listed item
- you were charged twice for the same listing and same receipt

No refund if:
- the extract was delivered as listed
- you cancelled because of your own max_price
- you bought fetch-cite and later wanted training rights

Demo payments using Bearer till-demo are not real money and are not refunded.
When a real payment rail is connected, refunds go back on that same rail.
